If you are experiencing connection issues. Please run a trace route which will log the path between your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and our network. Below is an example of how a trace route will look.
To run a trace route please follow these steps:
1. Click on Start button and choose Run.
2. When the run window appears type cmd and choose ok.
3. When the command prompt appear type: tracert news.fastusenet.org then hit enter.
4. Please follow the steps below to paste the trace route into a support ticket.

After the trace route has completed in Windows right click and choose "Select All". After everything is selected right click again to copy. Now open a support ticket and paste the stats.
