Our billing agent USAePay has implemented strict fraud regulations. Most of the time credit cards are denied due to AVS (address verification system) errors.

If your billing address doesn't match the address on file with your credit card your payment will be declined. If your payment is declined please log into the members area to re-activate your account with updated billing information.
